Bolivia's defense minister, Cecilia Chacon, said a helicopter crew spotted the plane completely damaged in the country's difficult to reach amazon region. There were a total of nine people in the plane, two of which were crew and the rest were passengers. None of the people on the air plane survived the deadly crash.
